Worm farming stamina vs. sci-fi space missions

I’ve been curious about how the day-to-day endurance of a worm farmer stacks up against a sci-fi hero on a long space mission. On one hand, worm farming involves constant physical work, like turning compost and managing beds, which builds a certain kind of resilience. On the other, space heroes face zero-gravity challenges, isolation, and high-stress scenarios that test mental and physical limits. Do you think one type of endurance is more demanding than the other, or are they just different? I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially from anyone with experience in either area!
