Okay, this might sound a little out there, but has anyone else picked up weirdly useful habits just from watching animals? I was reading about how ants delegate tasks without any central control they just adapt based on what’s needed and it made me rethink how I handle my workflow. No micromanaging, just trusting the process.
Then there’s the way octopuses take short, intentional breaks between bursts of activity. As someone who tends to grind through tasks nonstop, that felt like a wake-up call. Maybe cramming isn’t the answer.
Any other unexpected tricks you’ve picked up from nature? I’m curious if there’s something obvious I’ve missed.
