I’ve noticed something interesting in both my professional work and my own training. A lot of guys I meet who are into parkour or heavy lifting will talk endlessly about form, core strength, or protein intake, but rarely mention their feet. It’s a bit puzzling, considering how much we rely on them for every jump, landing, and squat. They’re literally our base of support. I’m curious what do you think causes that disconnect? Is it just not seen as “tough” to care for, or is there a lack of good information out there?
