Which Lift Improved the Most for You After Dialing in the Mind-Muscle Connection?

For me, it was definitely Romanian deadlifts. I used to just go through the motions, focusing mostly on moving weight, but once I really tuned into my hamstrings and glutes slow eccentrics, controlled pauses everything clicked. My progress skyrocketed, and I finally felt the tension where it was supposed to be.
