You know those days when you’re just off maybe you missed a meal, or tracking went out the window but you still need to fuel up for a session? I’ve been there plenty of times. Lately, I’ve been grabbing a couple of hard-boiled eggs and a banana. It’s simple, sits well, and gives me enough energy without feeling heavy. But I’m curious, what do you all reach for when you’re in a pinch and just need something to get you through the workout?
