What's the secret fuel for charisma?

I was just thinking about this idea of charisma as a spaceship, and it got me wondering what really powers it. Is it listening, humor, or confidence? In my line of work, I often have to connect with clients, and I find that listening helps build trust, but a bit of humor can really break the ice. Confidence seems essential too, though it’s like the engine that keeps everything moving. What do you all think is the most important element, or do they all work together in some way? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
