What's one small social habit that's made a big difference for you?

Working as a vendor manager, I’ve really seen how the quality of our interactions can make or break a project. It got me reflecting on my own habits outside of work, too. I started making a point to ask more thoughtful follow-up questions in conversations, rather than just waiting for my turn to talk. It sounds simple, but it’s helped me connect much better with both colleagues and friends.

I’m curious what’s one social habit you’ve consciously adopted that’s ended up improving things for you, either at work or in your personal life? I’d love to hear what’s worked for others.
