For me, it was realizing how much humor became my lifeline even on the worst days, I’d crack a joke just to keep going. Never thought I’d rely on comedy as a coping mechanism, but here we are.

Turns out my anxiety is a master chef I stress-baked so many banana breads last year, I could’ve opened a bakery called “Panic at the Bakery.” Who knew mental breakdowns came with free carb therapy?

OMG, YES! My dark times turned me into a poet who knew?! Scribbling angsty verses at 3 AM became my therapy. The drama! The flair! The unexpected talent! :sob::sparkles:
