What’s the Most Iconic Sports Artifact for a Museum Exhibit?

Working in a lab all day has me thinking about how much I love the precision and history behind sports especially when I’m editing sound clips of old broadcasts or catching highlights. If I were putting together a sports history exhibit, I’d probably include something like Jesse Owens’ spikes from the 1936 Olympics. The story behind those shoes is just unreal, and they’d say so much about perseverance and breaking barriers. But I’m curious what’s one artifact you’d want to see in a museum like that? Maybe something from extreme sports or a lesser-known moment that deserves the spotlight?
