Using Workouts to Work Through Stress and Confusion

Lately I’ve been feeling a bit tangled up stress from deadlines, creative blocks, you know how it goes. Instead of just spinning my wheels, I’m curious how others use physical training to sort through mental clutter. Does lifting or running help you process emotions, or do you prefer something more rhythmic like swimming or surfing? I’m drawn to movement as a way to reset, but I’d love to hear how you channel frustration or confusion into something productive. Any routines or mindsets that work for you?
