I’ve had my fair share of side projects that didn’t take off the way I hoped. One that stands out was a dropshipping store I launched last year it barely got traction, and I ended up shutting it down after a few months. But instead of scrapping the idea completely, I revisited it later with a fresh approach: niching down to a specific audience and focusing on solving a real problem for them. Surprisingly, it started gaining momentum.
Has anyone else here pivoted a failed project into something that actually worked? What did you change was it the audience, the product, or maybe just your strategy? Would love to hear what made the difference for you.
