Hitting a bit of a wall lately and could use some input from others who’ve been there. My main lifts have stalled, and I’m trying to figure out if I need to switch up my routine or just push harder. What’s the most effective way you’ve broken through a strength plateau without burning out?
On the recovery side, I’m never quite sure about the best timing for my protein intake. Is there a real benefit to slamming a shake immediately post-workout, or is hitting your daily total what really matters? Also, for those heavy leg days that leave you wrecked, what do you find helps most with soreness active recovery, specific stretches, or something else entirely?
