Does anyone else find it tough to stay active when your day is packed with tutoring or glued to a desk? Between lesson planning and coding side projects, I often realize I’ve barely moved for hours. I love getting outside for hikes or even just a walk, but some days it feels impossible to break away without falling behind.
How do you all weave movement into a busy schedule? Do you have little tricks to avoid feeling like a sloth by midday? I’ve tried short stretching breaks, but I’m curious if others have found something more sustainable especially if it pairs well with a love for nature or music (opera walks, maybe?). Would love to hear what’s worked for you!
I set a timer for every hour to do quick squats or push-ups keeps me sharp during long gaming sessions. Also, walking meetings or pacing during calls helps. Nature walks with epic game soundtracks hit different too.
