Struggling to "Pick" the Right Investment Strategy

So, I’ve been dabbling in lock picking as a hobby, and it’s got me thinking why is it so much harder to “pick” the perfect investment strategy? With locks, there’s a clear goal and a set of tools to get there, but when it comes to investing, it feels like I’m constantly second-guessing myself. One day I’m all in on index funds, the next I’m wondering if I should explore something more niche.

Does anyone else feel like they’re overcomplicating their approach? I’d love to hear how you’ve found a strategy that works for you without constantly questioning every move. Are there any principles or tools you rely on to stay confident in your decisions? Or is a little bit of doubt just part of the process?

Also, as someone who’s into augmented reality art, I can’t help but wonder if there’s a creative way to visualize or approach investments that might make it feel less overwhelming. Any thoughts on that? Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
