Hey folks, I’m a hunting guide but spend a lot of my free time surfing. I keep hearing how important stretching is before and after physical activity, but honestly, I often skip it after a surf session and still feel totally fine. No stiffness, no soreness just that post-surf buzz. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this. Is it just because surfing itself is such a full-body, fluid movement that it naturally keeps me limber? Or am I setting myself up for problems down the line? Would love to hear your thoughts or similar experiences!
