So I’m a stage manager by trade, and we have this saying that the job is basically herding cats. It’s all about coordinating unpredictable elements and keeping everything moving. Lately, I’ve been trying to apply that same energy to my workouts, but it feels more like herding my own laziness! The motivation just scatters sometimes.
