Solar Panels Get Tune-Ups, So Why Don’t We?

Funny how we’re quick to schedule maintenance for our solar panels or cars but often ignore our own bodies until something breaks. As a vet, I see the same thing with pets regular check-ups catch small issues before they become big problems. Yet when it comes to my own fitness, I’ll admit I’ve slacked on the basics like mobility work or recovery.

Anyone else struggle with this? How do you stay consistent with maintenance stretching, rest days, or even just hydration when life gets busy? Would love to hear what’s worked for you. Maybe we could all use a little less hypocrisy and a bit more routine care.
