Self-Care Feels Like Another Chore I Can't Keep Up With

I keep seeing all this talk about self-care, but honestly, it just adds to my stress. Instead of feeling restorative, it feels like one more obligation I’m not meeting. Am I the only one who feels this way? I love good food and try to make that a simple pleasure, but even that can start to feel like a performance.
