Seeking Advice: Applying Social Fitness to Fraud Investigation Work

I work as a fraud investigator, and lately I’ve been curious about how principles from social fitness might translate into my field. My days involve a lot of analysis and following trails of evidence, but the human element understanding motives, building rapport with sources, or even just maintaining resilience feels like its own kind of muscle to train. I’m wondering if anyone has found ways to intentionally develop those interpersonal or observational skills in a structured way, almost like a workout for professional intuition. How do you keep your social and emotional awareness sharp in a detail-oriented, sometimes isolating role? Any insights would be really appreciated.
