I’ve always been fascinated by how rhythm and timing play into sports, especially in boxing and skateboarding. In boxing, it seems like fighters use rhythm to set up their punches and avoid getting hit almost like a dance. And with skateboarding, timing tricks perfectly can make or break a run.
