Rhino Strength vs. Marathon Stamina: What's Your Balance?

It’s funny how nature designs animals like rhinos incredibly powerful but not built for long hauls. That got me thinking about my own fitness: I can lift heavy and feel strong, but ask me to run a few miles and I’m wiped out. How do you all manage the trade-off between building raw strength and maintaining solid endurance? Do you focus more on one, or have you found a sweet spot that works for both?
