Reading Body Language Like Sonar in Daily Life

I work with hydroponics, and sometimes I feel like I’m so focused on my plants and marine bio research that I forget how I come across to people. It’s got me wondering if our body language is like a sonar ping, what echoes am I sending out without even realizing? Maybe I look closed off when I’m deep in thought, or I give off a distracted vibe. Have any of you noticed habits in your own nonverbal cues that might send mixed signals? I’d love to hear how you stay aware of what you’re communicating, even when you’re not saying a word.
