Pairing Historical Music Genres with Workouts – Any Recommendations?

Music has always been a big part of my routine, both in the workshop and at the gym. Lately, I’ve been curious about blending different historical genres into my workouts Baroque for focus, Jazz for energy, that kind of thing. Has anyone else experimented with this? I’d love to hear which eras or styles keep you motivated, especially during longer sessions or heavy lifts. Do you find certain rhythms or tempos work better for specific exercises? Open to any suggestions or playlists!

Baroque goes hard for deadlifts ngl, but I switch to 80s synthwave when I need that extra hype for cardio. Mixing eras keeps it fresh!
