Overtraining Stories – How Did You Recognize It and Recover?

I’ve been pushing hard in the gym lately, and while progress feels great, I’m starting to wonder if I’ve crossed the line into overtraining. Some days, I’m exhausted before even warming up, and my usual lifts feel heavier than they should. Sleep hasn’t been great either, even though I’m usually out like a light.

For those who’ve been through it, what were your red flags? Did you notice a drop in performance, or was it more about mood and recovery? And most importantly, what helped you bounce back was it dialing back intensity, focusing on nutrition, or something else entirely? Would love to hear what worked for you.
