Navigating Self-Doubt in Professional and Creative Work

Lately, I’ve been noticing how self-doubt can sneak into both my forensic accounting work and my creative hobbies like sound editing and botany. It’s strange how it can pop up even when things are going well like a little voice questioning whether I’m really cut out for this or if I’m just faking it.

I’m curious how others deal with this. Do you have any strategies for quieting that inner critic, especially when it comes to balancing a demanding career with creative passions? I’ve tried focusing on small wins, but sometimes it feels like the doubt just lingers. How do you keep moving forward when that happens?
