So I’ve been digging into engine reliability lately and I’m curious what you all think. I know Toyota and Honda get thrown around a lot for their bulletproof reputation, but I’m wondering if there are any other brands that deserve a spot in that conversation. I’ve heard good things about some of the older Mercedes diesel engines, and even some of Mazda’s newer stuff seems to be holding up well. What’s been your experience, or what have you seen stand the test of time in terms of pure, no-fuss reliability?
