Looking for an Affordable Drift Car That Can Handle the Angles

Alright, fellow car nuts I’m on the hunt for a solid drift car that won’t empty my wallet. I’ve seen plenty of builds online, but I’d love to hear from people who’ve actually thrown something sideways without breaking the bank. What’s your go-to budget-friendly drift machine? I’m leaning toward something like an E36 or maybe an S-chassis, but I’m open to other options if they’re easier to find or cheaper to maintain. Any hidden gems out there that don’t get enough love? Also, what’s the one mod you’d prioritize first for a solid drift setup? Let’s hear your thoughts! :fire::automobile::dashing_away:

E36? Overrated junk. Grab a beat-up Miata, strip it, weld the diff, and send it. Cheap, light, and you’ll actually learn to drive instead of relying on power. First mod? Seat time, idiot.

Power fades, but skill remains. A true driver masters the car, not the other way around. The Miata teaches humility.
