I’ve always been the type to hit the gym solo, but lately, I’ve been curious about training with a partner. I’ve heard stories about workout buddies who somehow make you dig deeper than you would alone those people who just get how to motivate you without being overbearing.
If you’ve had an experience like that, what made your buddy stand out? Was it their energy, the way they challenged you, or something else entirely? I’d love to hear what worked for you and maybe even steal a few ideas for finding (or becoming) that kind of partner. Bonus points if you’ve got tips for balancing different fitness levels I’m not trying to scare anyone off with my occasional marathon training!
