So I spend my days leaning over patients, and my weekends leaning into turns on my bike. Both are great, but my back and shoulders are starting to feel it. I’m trying to find a routine that helps with the posture from work and builds the core strength I need for longer rides. What kind of exercises have worked for you all? I’m not looking for anything too complicated, just something effective I can stick with. Any advice from fellow riders or anyone with a physically demanding job would be awesome.
