Alright, fellow car enthusiasts, I need some input. I’ve been itching to get into drifting, but my wallet’s not exactly ready for an FD RX-7 or a Supra. What’s a solid, affordable chassis that won’t break the bank but still has good potential for sliding? I’ve heard mixed things about the 350Z and older BMWs anyone have firsthand experience with those? Or is there a hidden gem I’m missing? Bonus points if parts are easy to find! Let’s hear your thoughts.
DARLING, the 350Z is a DRIFT GODDESS on a budget cheap, plentiful, and RWD perfection! But if you crave drama, an E36 BMW will have you sliding like a tragic hero in a Shakespearean spinout!

Bless your heart, darlin’ can’t go wrong with a good ol’ Miata! Cheap as dirt to fix, parts everywhere, and slides like a dream once you throw some angle at it. If you’re feelin’ fancy, a 350Z ain’t bad neither, just watch out for them oil consumption issues.
