Lazy Day Workouts That Still Pack a Punch

Some days, the couch feels way too inviting, but I still want to get a solid workout in without draining all my energy. I’m curious what’s your go-to routine when you’re feeling lazy but still want to push yourself?

Personally, I’ll throw on some music and do a quick bodyweight circuit push-ups, squats, and planks just to get the blood flowing. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Anyone else have a favorite low-effort, high-reward workout? Bonus points if it’s something I can do at home!
