It’s funny how food trends come and go, but I can’t help wondering what would a caveman’s version of #WhatIEatInADay look like? No avocado toast or protein shakes, just whatever they could hunt or gather. Do you think they’d flex with a fresh mammoth steak or show off their berry-picking skills? And would they even have time to “post” between avoiding predators and starting fires? I’d love to hear your take on how our ancestors might’ve documented their meals (if they had the chance!). Maybe there’s even a lesson in there about simplicity and eating seasonally. What do you all think?
