So I was watching some peacocks at the zoo the other day, and it got me thinking. If animals had dating profiles, I feel like peacocks would be a total nightmare. They’re all flashy feathers and loud calls, but what’s really underneath all that? It seems like the classic case of someone who’s all show and no substance.
I’m curious, what other species do you think would have really toxic dating profiles? Maybe something like a praying mantis, given their… uh… dramatic relationship endings. Or perhaps those birds that build overly elaborate nests just to impress? I’d love to hear your takes on which creatures would be the most insufferable to swipe through.
