How does incorporating nature walks into cardio routines impact both physical recovery and mental well-being?

Nature Walks for Cardio – Any Tips for Boosting Recovery and Mood?

Lately, I’ve been mixing nature walks into my cardio routine, and I’m curious if others have noticed a difference in both physical recovery and mental clarity. There’s something about being outdoors maybe the fresh air or the change of scenery that makes the effort feel less like a grind.

Does anyone else use walking trails or park routes as part of their cardio? I’d love to hear how it’s worked for you, especially if you’ve found ways to maximize the benefits. Do you focus on pace, terrain, or just enjoy the stroll? And for those who deal with muscle fatigue, does the lower impact help with recovery compared to running on pavement?

As someone who spends a lot of time indoors designing sets, I’ve found these walks to be a great reset button. But I’m wondering if there’s more I could be doing to blend fitness and nature effectively. Any advice or personal experiences would be awesome!
