As a playwright with a deep interest in wind power, I’ve started noticing parallels between how we approach cardio/recovery and how wind turbines operate. Both rely on rhythm, consistency, and efficient energy use turbines harness wind in cycles, much like how our bodies adapt to stress and recovery.
