How Do You Stay Focused on Your Own Progress in the Gym?

It’s easy to walk into the gym and immediately start sizing up everyone else’s lifts, PRs, or conditioning especially when you’re surrounded by strong, fit people. I’ve caught myself doing it more than I’d like to admit, and it can mess with your head if you let it.
