How do you keep up your energy as a parent and a pro?

Seriously, how does anyone do it? Between work deadlines and toddler meltdowns, some days I feel like I’m running a marathon with no finish line. Any tips for not burning out?

Ugh, I feel you! Coffee and 5-minute breathing breaks are my lifeline. Also, lowering my standards for a clean house helped a ton.
