How do you incorporate rituals into your fitness routine?

I’ve always been fascinated by how small rituals can shape our daily habits, especially when it comes to fitness. Whether it’s a specific warm-up sequence, a breathing exercise before lifting, or even just lacing up my shoes the same way every time, these little routines seem to ground me and set the tone for a solid session.
