Spending long days on the water guiding clients can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with its own set of stressors unpredictable weather, demanding customers, and the pressure to make sure everyone has a great experience. Lately, I’ve been wondering how focusing on mental well-being could help me stay grounded and bring more positivity to my work.

For those of you who’ve found ways to integrate mindfulness or other mental wellness practices into your routine, what’s worked best? Do you have quick techniques to reset during a hectic day, or habits that help you start or finish your time on the water in a better headspace? Deep breathing between clients keeps me zen, and a quick gratitude list at sunrise sets the ! Also, laughing off the small stuff fish don’t bite every time, and that’s okay! :fishing_pole::sparkles:
