Hitting a wall with progressive overload what's your go-to strategy?

So I’ve hit that frustrating point where adding more weight or reps just isn’t happening anymore, and the usual linear progress has stalled. I’m curious how others navigate this. Do you switch up your exercise selection entirely, or maybe play with tempo and time under tension? I’ve considered deload weeks but wonder if there are other approaches that have worked for you. Sometimes it feels like you’re just spinning your wheels, and I’d love to hear what’s helped you push past these sticking points.
