How do you build confidence when you’re naturally reserved?
I’ve always admired people who can walk into a room and instantly command attention, but for me, it’s a real struggle. I work as an exhibition designer, so I’m constantly pitching ideas and collaborating with teams, but I often feel like my quieter nature holds me back. I’m curious how do you push past that hesitation and speak up, especially in situations where you need to be assertive? I’ve noticed that in political debates or even when discussing IoT tech, the loudest voices tend to dominate, even if they’re not the most informed. How do you find your footing and project confidence without feeling like you’re putting on an act?
