Finding the Right Time for a Workout

Morning workouts have always been a bit of a struggle for me. I’m not exactly a morning person, but I’ve heard so many people say it sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. On the other hand, evenings feel more natural I’m already warmed up from the day, and it helps me unwind. But sometimes life gets in the way, and by evening, I’m just too drained.

I’m curious for those of you balancing work and fitness, how do you decide when to exercise? Do you stick to a set schedule, or do you go with what feels right each day?
