Finding the Right Mix of Strength and Mindfulness

I’ve been exploring ways to keep both my body and mind in good shape, and I’m curious how others manage to blend strength training with mindfulness practices. It seems like they could complement each other well, but I sometimes find it tricky to give both the attention they deserve. What does your routine look like?
