I’ve been diving deeper into marine-inspired activities lately, and I’m curious how others have incorporated things like swimming or paddleboarding into their fitness routines. Swimming feels like a natural full-body workout, but I’m wondering how to balance it with other exercises should I pair it with strength training, or does it cover enough on its own? And for paddleboarding, I’ve heard it’s great for core stability, but I’m not sure how often to do it to see real benefits. Any tips on how to mix these activities with more traditional workouts?
