Time travel might be sci-fi, but it’s fun to imagine stepping into the past to experience how people ate. If I could, I’d love to try the diet of ancient Mediterranean sailors think simple, nutrient-dense foods like olives, fish, and whole grains. They had to stay energized for long voyages, so efficiency was key.

To give it a modern spin, I’d probably add some quick protein options like Greek yogurt or chia seeds to keep up with today’s faster pace. Maybe even blend their staples into smoothies for convenience.
