Okay, I’ll go first cryotherapy. A friend swore it would boost recovery and energy, so I gave it a shot. Three minutes in that freezing chamber, and all I got was a newfound hatred for cold and a lighter wallet. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the miracle fix people made it out to be.
