Breath Control in Cardio vs. Vocal Warmups – Any Connection?
Lately, I’ve been struck by how similar breath control feels during cardio to the exercises we do in theater for vocal warmups. Both require steady, rhythmic inhales and exhales, and there’s this same focus on diaphragm engagement. It’s got me wondering are these techniques tapping into the same fundamentals, or is it just a happy overlap?
