I’ve been diving into workout training lately, and while I expected the usual sore muscles and time management struggles, I’ve hit a few unexpected roadblocks. For example, balancing high-energy workouts with a job that keeps me at a desk most of the day has been tougher than I thought. And as someone who loves live sound (and lugging gear around), I figured I had decent stamina until burpees humbled me fast.
