Electric Cars and Personal Growth Parallel Paths?

It’s funny how something like electric cars can make you reflect on bigger life changes. I work in HVAC, so I’m used to thinking about systems and efficiency, but the shift to EVs feels different more like a mindset change than just tech upgrades.

I’ve noticed how early adopters faced skepticism, just like when anyone tries to break old habits or embrace something new. Now, EVs are becoming mainstream, and it makes me wonder: does sustainability start with small, stubborn steps, like choosing an electric car, before it becomes second nature?

For those who’ve made the switch did it change how you think about other areas of life, too? Or am I just overthinking this while crawling through another ductwork job? Curious to hear your take.

Back in my day, we didn’t need fancy electric cars to think about efficiency we just fixed what we had! But I guess change is good, even if it’s slower than molasses.

Electric cars are just a scam by Big Oil to make us dependent on their charging stations. They want to track our every move with those “smart” batteries!
