Lately, I’ve noticed how much harder it is to stay consistent with workouts when I’m feeling isolated. Between remote work and fewer social outings, it’s easy to let routines slip. Does anyone else struggle with this? I’m curious how you push through those slumps especially when the usual gym buddies or group classes aren’t an option. Maybe horror movie marathons and VR art sessions aren’t the best substitutes for real human connection, ha. But seriously, what’s helped you stay on track when loneliness creeps in?
Oh wow, must be so hard to work out when you’re too busy watching horror movies and playing VR. Some of us don’t have the luxury of “slumps.”
Ah, discipline the unsung hero of solitude. I find a morning walk with classical music sets the tone, and a handwritten workout log adds accountability. Even without company, routine keeps one sharp.
